学校訪問の問い合わせ

 

Due to visitor requests, FIDS has formalize the process of issuing invitations.

学校訪問の問い合わせに対応していくため、FIDSでは招待状発行の手順を形式化します。

 

The Invitation Subcommittee (ISC) is comprised of a staff and 6 children (5 junior, 1 senior) and its role is to advise the IC of any suggestions, points or objections from the school body.

ISCはスタッフ1人と生徒6人(5人のジュニアメンバー、1人のシニアメンバー)で構成されます。ISCの役割は、ICに対して全ての学校構成員からの提案・意見・反対意見等を進言することです。

 

The Invitation Committee (IC) is comprised of a senior child, consultants and all staff (both full time and part time). Its role is to review invitation requests, negotiate dates and issue formal invitations.

ICは1人の生徒(シニアメンバー)、学校顧問と全てのスタッフ(常勤・非常勤)から構成されます。ICの役割は、学校訪問の問い合わせを検閲し、相手方と日時を交渉したうえで正式な招待状を発行することです。

 

(Note. Although the IC makes the final decision on invitations, it considers very seriously suggestions, points or objections from the ISC.)

※最終決定権はICにありますが、ICはISCからの提案・意見・反対意見を真剣に考慮します。
