学校訪問及び在校生諸手続きのお申し込み
Due to visitor requests, F.I.D.S. has formalize the process of issuing invitations.
外部の方々の学校訪問のお問い合わせや在校生の諸手続きに対応していくため、 F.I.D.S.では招待状発行の手順を踏んでいます。
The Invitation Subcommittee (ISC) is comprised of a staff and 6 children (5 junior, 1 senior) and its role is to advise the IC of any suggestions, points or objections from the school body.
ISCはスタッフ１名と生徒６名（５名のジュニアメンバー＋１名のシニアメンバー)で構成されます。ISCの役割は、ICに対して全ての学校構成員からの提案・意見・反対意見等を進言することです。
The Invitation Committee (IC) is comprised of a senior child, consultants and all staff (both full time and part time). Its role is to review invitation requests, negotiate dates and issue formal invitations.
ICは１名の生徒(シニアメンバー)、学校顧問と全てのスタッフ(常勤・非常勤)から構成されます。ICの役割は申請内容を検閲し、相手方と日時を交渉したうえで正式な招待状を発行することです。
(Note. Although the IC makes the final decision on invitations, it considers very seriously suggestions, points or objections from the ISC.)
※最終決定権はICにありますが、ICはISCからの提案・意見・反対意見を真剣に考慮します。
