Social distancing is especially difficult for children, but the sooner they learn to practice it, the safer they are. As usual, it is not enough to explain to children something, they also have to practice it.
By March we were enforcing the 2 meter rule for occupying the rooms.
No joint story time on the sofa. It may seem hard, but we have noticed again that this process of exposing children to reality gradually makes them tough and realistic.
It would be nice to see Japanese public spaces taking these steps now. It would slow down the infection speed.
